What are your business hoursWe’re available between the hours of 9AM - 7PM EST Mon-Fri & 10AM - 3PM EST on Saturdays. We do however try to answer any queries within 24 hours.

Is there a time commitment?Absolutely not! The last thing we want is for you to be stuck paying for something you either can’t afford or don’t want. That simply would not sit right with us. Our clients have the option to cancel their monthly bookkeeping or virtual assistant services at any time.

What is your application process like?Our application processes in ongoing as there’s always a need for qualified candidates. Feel free to apply at anytime, we’ll conduct an interview and an assessment to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll let you know if you’ve been approved and once we have a client that you’ll be best suited for, you’ll go through an onboarding process.

Do you have full time and part-time jobs?Yes, the job is client specific and you’ll be matched with clients based on the client’s needs and your availability. We take both into consideration when pairing you with a client.

Will I get training?Absolutely! We’ll train you and be with you every step of the way to provide you with support and the tools you need to excel at your role.

How many hours can I work?Our contractors typically work a minimum of 10 hours per week to 40 hours per week.

Do I have to work specific hours?It depends on the client you are matched with but typically we ask that you be available Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM
